Role Description The Brand Assistant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for some work from home. This role supports day-to-day brand activities, including coordinating marketing and sales initiatives, maintaining brand consistency across channels, and assisting with product storytelling and visual merchandising. The Brand Assistant will help prepare promotional materials, track campaign performance, and gather customer and market feedback to inform branding decisions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, updating brand assets, supporting social media and in-store promotions, and ensuring that brand messaging aligns with THE FASHION SHOP LLC’s sustainability and style values. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Branding and Brand Management skills to support and maintain a cohesive brand identity. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, campaign performance, and customer insights. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with customers and partners. Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist with in-store and online sales initiatives and customer outreach.
